It's hard to find companies that service Reunion sometimes, but they scheduled me right away. I was formerly a customer of Dan's Sprinklers and really appreciated their commitment to service. Irrigation Genies are the guys who previously worked with/for Dan and they are continuing their track record. I really appreciate their tiered cost structure where you can purchase a packaged service (e.g. winterization, start-up and a mid-season tune-up) and lock that rate in to avoid year-over-year inflation costs. Additionally, they are always on time, always friendly and courteous, always professional and communicative. I also trust their advice. They always are up front about what's nice to have vs. have to have or have shared alternate ideas for fixes that are effective and cost less than I initially anticipated. Its so hard to find people who are honest and trustworthy. 5/5 stars for the team!

I accidentally damaged a lawn sprinkler head and needed a fall blowout at the same time. I called Irrigation Genies to see if I could get it taken care of. They set up a visit the same afternoon. The tech repaired the head for no charge, did the sprinkler system blowout, and included a blowout of our hose bib connected garden drip system. The final bill was a very reasonable $100. I'm very satisfied with the work and value.
