New System / Refurbish Estimates & Consulting
Thanks for thinking of us for a new sprinkler install / refurbish estimate. New installs are very time demanding and will be done around our regular scheduled customers, as time and activities permit. However, if you are willing to consider an “off season” install we may be able to accommodate you after the regular season ends.
We should be able to accommodate a site visit during the regular season at below listed rates
Typically most New install requests fall into one of two categories:
Option 1: Tabula Rasa or blank slate:
There are no sprinkler components from any pre-existing systems, no older or out-dated timers, and no sprinkler boxes or sprinkler heads on the property; nothing that would indicate that there was any system in place at any time in the past. In these instances we will come out and complete a thorough walk through of the property, allow you to share your vision of what you want/ need and check water pressure, service line size from the city, tap in area in the house, establish location of the new proposed vacuum breaker, and electric valve pit for irrigation valves. boxes, new location of timer etc.
Option 2: Older outdated system in place / possible refurbish: Many times customers think they need a whole new system when often times some of the current components and lines can be refurbished and/ or reworked to meet the current needs; usually at half the price of a new system.
In these instances we would start with a CSE/ Complete System Eval and see what options we may have, what can be saved/ reworked and what may need completely ripped out and replaced with new. See our “Startups and Evaluation” page for pricing info .
All “Off season” work would be weather dependent during the months of November to March. This will allow us to have the system completely installed and operational prior to the start of the next season.
Consulting:
We also offer consulting on projects at a rate of $150 per hour if the D.I.Y. model is more your fit.
