Sprinkler System Start Ups & Evaluations

Ready for your sprinkler system start up?

Your in the right place!

With all of our spring system startups we conduct a Complete System Evaluation (or C.S.E.)

Your Startup/CSE will include a complete check of your sprinkler system to ensure there are no major issues or leaks in the components. We will also fine-tune your system during this service, as part of our commitment to ensuring that your system is working at its best.

Here’s what we’ll do:

  • Locate the shut off valve; sometimes in a crawl space, basement, garage, and sometimes hidden in the yard down a pipe that is 4 to 6 feet underground and covered with overgrown grass etc
  • Check the shut off valve for proper operation and turn on water
  • Check backflow preventer for leaks and proper operation
  • Locate the irrigation boxes – many times overgrowth of grass and or newly planted wood chips or mulch or weed barrier often obstruct the locating of these all important irrigation boxes
  • Leak check the electric valves and test for proper operation
  • Check timer functionality and connections
  • Zone by zone check for proper operation
  • Head by head check for proper orientation
  • Head fine tuning for proper spray distance and pattern
  • Set timer as customer desires

Trip fees

Effective immediately, we have decided to eliminate our trip fees, which previously ranged from $30-$100. We understand that this has been a source of confusion for some customers, and we want to provide everyone with the same high-quality service and transparent pricing, regardless of your location.

Here is our pricing structure for system start-ups / C.S.E’s

1-5 Zones $100
6-10 Zones $125
11-15 Zones $175
16-20 Zones $250
21-25 Zones $350

Please note that if your irrigation system has special circumstances which require additional troubleshooting (ex. Electric Valve locating, extensive drip line diagnosis) There may be an additional charge. You will be notified of this as soon as it is clear to the technician, and we’ll ask for your permission before moving forward with the additional evaluation.
